Digital artisans.

Simple solutions to complex problems.

Officine53 makes custom software for businesses. We build the tools that only large companies used to be able to afford — and the fast, honest websites that open the door — the way good craft work is done: made to measure, with the materials declared, delivered to whoever commissioned it, and never held hostage by whoever built it.

Sheet 01 what we do

What we do

Our job is to bring businesses the kind of custom software that only large companies could afford until now: tools built around the way the business actually works, not the work bent to fit a program. Too many companies run their daily — and foundational — processes on ageing systems, spreadsheets and paper, and pay for it every day in lost hours and mistakes. That is where we bring process digitisation. And since every business also deserves to be found, we make fast, essential websites, with no opaque fees and no vague maintenance: they are the front door — where people come in, and where they see how we work.

Tools

working better

Custom applications

The program built around your work, not your work bent to fit a program.

Departmental solutions

The right tool for one office or one department, without having to redo everything else.

Dashboards and data

The numbers you already have, put in order and readable at a glance.

Digitising paper processes

What lives on paper and memory today, tomorrow in a flow that drops nothing.

Automation and integration

Repetitive operations handed to the machines, and your programs learning to talk to each other.

Legacy modernisation

The old system that keeps your business running, brought up to date without throwing away what still counts.

Intelligence

putting machines to work

Purpose-built AI agents

Digital assistants trained on your work, with defined tasks and results you can check.

Archives that answer

Your documents become an archive you can question in plain language, and that answers.

Proof

deciding by seeing

Prototypes and pilot versions

A real, working version of your idea, to decide by seeing rather than imagining.

Presence

being found

Websites and online showcases

The front door: an address of your own and fast, essential pages, so that whoever looks for you finds you — and sees how we work.

  1. Honesty is the product

Every price has a reason; every extra cost has a name and a figure.

  2. The work belongs to the client

What is made for you is yours, and stays under your control — even without us.

  3. Seeing is believing

You choose by looking at real things, not by reading promises.

  4. Simplicity is a choice

Simple to use and simple to own, whatever the complexity underneath.

  5. Craft at the helm

Tools change; the craft stays at the helm, and the one answering for it is always, directly, Officine53.

Each of these principles has a concrete, verifiable counterpart, written in our Charter: what you can expect, and how to check it.

Sheet 03 who's behind it

Who's behind it

Behind Officine53 there are more than twenty years of high-level IT, in the systems where mistakes really cost. Today that craft steers the newest tools this era has to offer, by an artisan's choice: modern tools, full responsibility. Capacity is sized to the work — with the right collaborations when they are needed: in the age of AI, value is not measured by counting people.

Using artificial intelligence is part of the method, and it is declared: AI is our tool, not our flag. Judgement, control and signature remain human.
